定量评价铝片颜料的分散与分布的均匀性

摘要 利用HDPE树脂与铝片颜料共混,可以直接注塑成型得到具有金属闪光效果的产品。定量评价铝片颜料在聚合物基体中分散与分布状态是表征金属闪光效果的重要方法。在注塑件中分别加入1%~5%的铝片颜料,铝片颜料面积的标准差由14614逐渐提高至19940,面积相对标准差从1.197逐渐增大到1.895,这表明铝片颜料的分散性随其含量的增加而逐渐变差;随着铝片颜料粒径的减小,铝片颜料面积标准差由41700下降到1330,相对标准差由2.13降低至1.6,因此,其粒径越小,分散性越好;提高铝片颜料的质量分数或者增大它们的粒径,均可以改善铝片粒子分布的均匀性;分形信息维数随着铝片颜料含量的增加,从1.658提高到1.741,同时,随着粒径由1.587增大至1.791,这表明铝片颜料在注塑件表面的分散性和分布的均匀性与质量分数及其粒径尺寸具有正相关性。 HDPE resin blended with aluminum flake pigments can be directly injection molded into products with metallic glitter effects.Quantitative evaluation of the dispersion and distribution of aluminum flake pigments in the polymer matrix was an important method to characterize the metallic glittering effect.The injection molded parts were loaded with1%to 5%aluminum flake pigment,the standard deviation of the area of aluminum flake pigment gradually increased from14614 to 19940,and the relative standard deviation of the area gradually increased from 1.197 to 1.895.The dispersibility of the aluminum flake pigment became worse as its content increased;With the decrease of the particle size of aluminum flake pigment,the standard deviation of the area of aluminum flake pigment decreased from 41700 to 1330,and the relative standard deviation decreased from 2.13 to 1.6.Therefore,the smaller the particle size was,the better the dispersibility was;Increasing the mass fraction of the aluminum flake pigment or increasing their particle size,both of which could improve the uniformity of the aluminum flake particle distribution;The fractal information dimension increased from1.658 to 1.741 with the increase of the pigment content of aluminum flakes,and increased from 1.587 to 1.791 with the increase of the particle size.These indicated that the dispersibility and distribution uniformity of the aluminum flake pigment on the surface of the injection molded parts were positively correlated with the mass fraction and their particle size.
