形状记忆聚合物/碳纳米管复合材料的进展 被引量:4

摘要 形状记忆聚合物是一种智能材料,能够在外界刺激下改变自身形状。该材料因具有质轻、易加工等优点,受到了人们的广泛关注,并且,在某些领域已经得到应用。但是,聚合物的低强度使其应用范围受到了限制,因此,制备形状记忆复合材料是改善这一缺陷的有效方法。文章介绍了近年来以碳纳米管作为增强填料的形状记忆聚合物复合材料的研究进展,详细说明了碳纳米管对复合材料的微观相形貌、形状记忆行为、力学性能、导电导热性能的影响。并且,从填料的添加量、聚合物与填料的相互作用、填料与填料的相互作用、聚合物和填料自身性质等方面分析了产生影响的原因。最后,对形状记忆聚合物复合材料的发展前景进行了展望。 The shape memory polymer is a kind of smart material,which can change its shape under external stimulation.The material,with the advantages of light weight and easy processing,has been applied in many fields.However,the low strength of the polymer limits its application range.The preparation of the composite is one of the common ways to improve the mechanical properties.The research progress of shape memory polymer composite with carbon nanotubes as reinforcing fillers in recent years was introduced.The effects of carbon nanotubes on the morphology,shape memory behavior,mechanical properties and electrical and thermal conductivity of composite were described in detail,and the mechanism of reinforcing of carbon nanotubes was discussed,the mechanism was analyzed from the amount of the filler,the interaction between the polymer and the filler,the interaction between the filler and the filler,and the properties of the polymer and the filler.Finally,the future development of shape memory polymer composite was proposed.
