前庭诱发肌源性电位在神经系统疾病诊断中的应用进展 被引量:2

摘要 前庭诱发肌源性电位(VEMP)是一种由一定频率声音、震动或电流刺激所诱发的短潜伏期肌源性反应。VEMP分为颈肌源性前庭诱发肌源性电位和眼肌源性前庭诱发肌源性电位。随着对VEMP检查技术的不断完善和产生机制的了解,VEMP被越来越多地运用到临床工作中。目前,VEMP在急性前庭神经元炎、耳骨硬化症、前半规管裂综合征、梅尼埃病、良性位置性眩晕等周围神经系统疾病以及多发性硬化、急性脑梗死、脑干出血等中枢神经系统疾病的诊断、评估及治疗应用方面均取得了一定进展。 Vestibular evoked myogenic potential(VEMP)are short-latency myogenic responses induced by sound,vibration,or current stimulation at a certain frequency.VEMP includes cervical vestibular evoked myogenic potential and ocular vestibular evoked myogenic potential.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of VEMP examination technology and understanding of the generation mechanism,more and more VEMP examinations have been applied to the clinical work.VEMP is used in peripheral nervous system diseases such as acute vestibular neuronitis,otitis sclerosis,upper semicircular canal syndrome,Ménière′s disease,and benign positional vertigo,as well as in the central nervous system such as multiple sclerosis,acute cerebral infarction,and brainstem hemorrhage,in which considerable advances have been made in the diagnosis,evaluation and treatment.
