中药治疗膝骨关节炎的临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress in Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis with Traditional Chinese Medicine

膝骨关节炎(KOA)是骨关节炎中最常见的一种疾病,严重影响患者的生活质量。药物与手术是KOA的常规治疗方法,但有严格的适应证与禁忌证。中药作为传统医学的重要组成部分,在KOA的治疗中被广泛应用。中药治疗可有效改善膝关节疼痛、功能障碍等症状体征,安全性相对较好。中药内服与外用联合治疗KOA可为临床实践提供新的思路。未来还应基于中药组方特点筛选受试人群,合理设置对照干预、疗程、疗效及安全性指标,尤其需要完善高质量的安慰剂随机对照试验证据。

Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is the most common disease in osteoarthritis,which seriously affects the quality of life of the patients.Medicine and surgeryare routine treatments of KOA,but both have strict indications and contraindications.As an important part of traditional medicine,traditional Chinese medicine is widely used in the treatment of KOA,which can relieve symptoms and signs such as knee pain and dysfunction with good safety.Oral and external application of traditional Chinese medicine to treat KOA could be a new therapeutic schedule for the clinical practice.In the future,the process of the research,such as screening the test population,designing the control treatment courses,efficacy and safety indicators,should be based on the characteristics of the traditional Chinese medicine prescription,especially that the placebo randomized controlled trial evidence with high quality should be improved.
