摘要
对某框架结构进行改造,需拔除4根框架柱,并拆除相应范围内的梁、板,形成大开间。根据新的结构空间使用要求,对改造内容进行分析,提出了混凝土桁架和组合梁斜撑两种改造方案。通过对结构性能、竖向位移、抗震性能、经济性等方面进行综合比选,最终确定改造方案,为大跨度结构托梁拔柱改造方法的创新做出了有益的尝试。工程采用多种加固方法,可供类似大跨度、大荷载抽柱改造工程参考。
To transform a frame structure,4 frame columns need to be removed,and beams and slabs in the corresponding range also need to be removed to enlarge the space.According to the new structural space requirements,the transformation content was analyzed,and two transformation schemes of concrete truss and composite beam for diagonal bracing were proposed.Through comprehensive comparison and selection of structural performance,vertical displacement,seismic performance,economy and other aspects,the reconstruction plan was finally determined,which made a useful attempt to innovate the reconstruction method of long-span structural joists and columns.The project adopts a variety of reinforcement methods,which can be used as a reference for similar large-span and large-load pumping column reconstruction projects.
