随着技术的不断变革,新能源作为我国能源革命的主战场,发挥着越来越重要的作用。但我国新能源发电企业项目开发模式粗放、风电机组可靠性差、运维管理水平差、安全生产基础薄弱等问题也逐渐凸显。"十三五"以来,国有企业进入高质量发展时期,国家能源集团陕西新能源公司也开启了变革之路,从"风电机组、场级控制、管理决策"3个维度深耕建设智慧风电场之路,探索了单机性能提升、智慧风场建设、一流企业建设的一体化新模式,初步实现了"安全可靠、管理精细、指标先进、环境优美、队伍一流"的创建目标。

With the continuous change of technology,new energy,as the main battlefield of China's energy revolution,plays an increasingly important role.However,the problems of extensive project development mode,poor reliability of wind turbines,poor operation and maintenance management level,and weak safety production foundation of China's new energy power generation enterprises are gradually highlighted.Since"the 13th Five-Year Plan",state-owned enterprises have entered a period of high-quality development,and CHN Energy Shaanxi New Energy Power Generation Co.,Ltd.has also started the road of reform,in which it has deeply cultivated the road of building smart wind farm from three dimensions,including wind turbine generator,farm-level control,and management decision,has explored a new integrated model with single machine performance improvement,smart wind farm construction,and first-class enterprise construction,and has initially achieved the goal of"safety and reliability,fine management,advanced indicators,beautiful en⁃vironment,and first-class team".
