基于燃煤智能发电ICS的主辅机一键启停APS技术应用分析 被引量:7

Application Analysis of One-button Start-up&Shut-down Technology of APS for Main and Auxiliary Machines Based on ICS for Coal-fired Power Generation

摘要 针对燃煤火力发电站,基于ICS智能发电平台,分析APS一键启停技术的功能架构、特点和应用效果,通过机组整体和重要辅机一键启停、一键定期试验等功能,提升机组的整体智能化、安全性和经济性。结果表明,APS技术能有序地管理、控制和整合机组SCS、MCS、FSSS、DEH、MEH等子控制系统,按预先设定的程序控制各设备以及基于5个断点的整机自动启动和自动停止。APS的功能架构包括:机组控制级、功能组控制级、功能子组控制级和设备驱动级4层结构。基于操作票、运行规程和面向对象的设计原理,可构建辅机或功能组一键启停,实现辅机运行标准化和自动化操作、故障自动处理、定期试验一键操作。 In view of coal-fired power plant,based on the ICS for intelligent power generation platform,this article analyzes the functional architecture,characteristics and application effects of one-button start-up&shut-down technology of APS(Automatic Procedure Start-up/Shut-down),and improves the overall intelli⁃gence,safety and economy of the unit through the functions of one-button start-up&shut-down and onebutton regular test of the whole unit and important auxiliary machines.The results show that APS technology can orderly manage,control and integrate SCS,MCS,FSSS,DEH,MEH and other sub-control systems of the unit,and control equipment and the automatic start and stop of the whole unit based on five break⁃points according to the preset program.The functional architecture of APS includes four levels:unit control level,functional group control level,functional sub-group control level and equipment drive level.Based on the operation ticket,operation procedures and object-oriented design principles,one-button start-up&shutdown of auxiliary machine or functional group can be constructed to realize standardized and automatic opera⁃tion,automatic fault handling,and one-button regular test of auxiliary machine.
