摘要 锅炉在负荷控制AGC-R模式下主、再热汽温容易超温,严重威胁机组的安全运行及寿命。针对某厂2台300MW"W"火焰负荷控制"R"模式下出现主、再热汽温超温现象,经过深入分析主、再热汽温调整的原则以及引起超温的原因。通过研究制定采取各种针对性措施进行调整燃烧,基本上解决了锅炉负荷控制"R"模式下主、再热汽温超温问题,提高了锅炉运行的安全性,为机组安全经济运行提供参考和借鉴。 Under the load control AGC-R mode,the main steam temperature and reheat steam temperature of the boiler are prone to overrun,which seriously threatens the safe operation and service life of the unit.In view of the overrun of main and reheat steam temperature under the"W"flame load control"R"mode of the two 300 WM units,this article deeply analyzes the principle of main and reheat steam temperature adjustment and the causes of overtemperature.Through this research,various targeted measures are formulat⁃ed and adopted to adjust the combustion,which substantially solves the problem of overrun of the main and reheat steam temperature under the load control"R"mode of the boiler,improves the safety of boiler opera⁃tion,and provides reference for safe and economic operation of the unit.
