摘要
建立了热重分析测定甲醇制低碳烯烃催化剂中积炭含量的方法。考察了仪器分析参数、试样量等分析条件对积炭量的影响,同时采用标准炭黑进行比对,考察了分析方法的准确性。实验结果表明,该分析方法准确可靠,重复性好,可应用于工业分析满足甲醇制低碳烯烃催化剂中积炭量测定的要求。
In this article,a method for the determination of carbon deposit in catalyst for methanol to light olefins by thermogravimetric analysis is established,the effects of instrumental analysis parameters,sample size and other analysis conditions on carbon deposit are examined,and the accuracy of the analysis method is examined by comparing with standard carbon black.The experimental results show that the method is accu⁃rate,reliable and reproducible,and can be applied to industrial analysis to meet the requirements of carbon deposit determination in catalyst for methanol to light olefins.
