基于aspen模拟的亚硫酸钠法烟气脱硫工艺研究

摘要 亚硫酸钠法烟气脱硫工艺是一种完全回收型的SO_2脱除工艺。基于aspen流程模拟软件,对工艺过程进行了基础研究和讨论。吸收过程适宜的pH值为6.0;空塔喷淋满足烟气降温和除尘要求;导向浮阀板式塔作为吸收塔,满足50mg/m^(3)的烟气脱硫精度要求;采用强制循环蒸发结晶过程,防止换热管的结晶;再生得到SO_2与蒸汽的混合气体通过真空汽提,可以得到89.3%浓度的SO_2原料气。 Sodium sulfite flue gas desulfurization(FGD)process is a SO2 removal process with complete re⁃covery.Based on the aspen process simulation software,the basic research and discussion of the process are carried out.The results show that the suitable pH value during absorption process is 6.0;hollow-sprayingtower meets the requirements of flue gas cooling and dust removal;plate tower with guide float valve as the absorption tower meets the requirements of flue gas desulfurization(FGD)accuracy of 50 mg/m3;the forced circulation evaporation crystallization process is adopted to prevent crystallization in heat exchange tube;the mixed gas of regenerated SO2 and steam can get SO2 raw gas with a concentration of 89.3%by vacuum steam stripping.
