摘要
包神铁路集团配属的SS_(4B)型电力机车具有购置时间相近、行驶里程相近的特点,因此待中修的此型机车数量多且集中,但存在检修台位、设备、作业人员不足等现状,对比分析委外检修周期较长等问题,通过将具备机车中修资质机构的相关技术及作业人员采用"请进来"的方式,实现对配属机车所在地中修(简称"属地修")的创新检修模式。文章主要研究SS_(4B)型电力机车属地中修过程管控,并对机车属地中修的各环节过程管控进行了优化。
The SS_(4B) electric locomotives allocated by Baoshen Railway Group have the characteristics of simi⁃lar purchase time and mileage,therefore,there is a large number of and intensive locomotives of this mod⁃el waiting for intermediate maintenance.However,there are problems,such as the shortage of maintenance platform,equipment and operators,etc.By analyzing and comparing with the long period of outsourcing maintenance and by"inviting in"the relevant technical and operating personnel of the organization with loco⁃motive medium maintenance qualification,the innovative maintenance mode of local intermediate maintenance(referred to as"local maintenance")of allocated locomotives is realized.This article mainly studies the pro⁃cess management and control of local intermediate maintenance of SS_(4B) electric locomotives,and optimizes the process management and control of each link of local intermediate maintenance of locomotives.
