摘要
本文采用数值方法对某300MW机组的SCR脱硝装置进行了模拟,针对其流场及氨不均匀性进行了研究,并结合现场,确定了优化方案,可降低空预器运行阻力约700Pa,使空预器运行阻力控制在300Pa以下,为改善SCR的运行提供依据。
In this article,the SCR denitration device of the 300MW unit is simulated by numerical meth⁃od,of which the flow field and ammonia inhomogeneity are studied.Combined with the field situation,the optimization scheme is determined,which may reduce the operating resistance of the air preheater by about 700Pa and control the operating resistance of the air preheater below 300Pa,providing a basis for improving the operation of the SCR.
