从他脏论治慢性咳嗽研究进展

Research Progress of Treating Chronic Cough from Other Viscera

从慢性咳嗽与脏腑之间的关系、从脾胃论治慢性咳嗽、从肝论治慢性咳嗽、从肾论治慢性咳嗽、从其他脏腑论治慢性咳嗽等5方面入手综述从他脏论治慢性咳嗽的研究进展,指出治咳不能独治肺,通常为脾肺、肝肺、肺肾同治,甚则肺、脾、肾3脏同治,其中研究最多的为脾脏,其与慢性咳嗽关系相对密切;通过疏肝、健脾、和胃、补益肺肾等治法能改善患者慢性咳嗽症状;但从他脏论治慢性咳嗽在脏腑辨证和治疗方面未形成统一标准,今后应深入研究不同脏腑参与慢性咳嗽的机理,形成统一标准,从而推动中医药治疗慢性咳嗽的发展。

Research progress of treating chronic cough from other viscera was discussed from five aspects:the correlation of chronic cough with viscera,treating chronic cough from spleen and stomach,treating chronic cough from liver,treating chronic cough from kidney,and treating chronic cough from other viscera,it was pointed out that treating cough should not treat lung only,usually treating spleen and lung,liver and lung,lung and kidney mutually,even treating three viscera of lung,spleen and kidney mutually,among them,most of the studies were about spleen,and it was relatively closed with chronic cough;soothing liver,invigorating spleen,harmonizing stomach,tonifying lung and kidney and others could improve the symptoms of the patients;while there is no unified standard for the treatment of chronic cough from other viscera,from now on the mechanism of different viscera involved in chronic cough should be explored in depth to form the unified standard,thus to promote the development of TCM therapy for chronic cough.
