敦煌卷子P.2666中的亡佚隋唐医方考

On Lost Medical Prescriptions in Dunhuang Manuscripts P.2666

隋唐时期的医书多已亡佚,敦煌出土的医学卷子弥补了该时期的医籍空白。经比对,医方类敦煌卷子P.2666保存的亡佚隋唐医方共计13首,涉及《必效方》《崔氏纂要方》《救急单验方》《张文仲方》《救急方》《开元广济方》6部亡佚隋唐医方书。该卷保存的亡佚隋唐医方流衍于其后历代医书,其内容至今依然拥有着学术生命力及临床使用价值。敦煌医学卷子作为出土文献,保存了隋唐时期部分医书的原貌,展现了该时期医学发展的原始脉络,在医药文献校勘、理论与临床研究等方面具有十分重要的学术价值。

Most of the medical books in Sui and Tang dynasties have been lost,while the medical papers unearthed in Dunhuang made up for the blank of medical books in that period.After the comparative study,there were 13 lost medical prescriptions of Sui and Tang dynasties stored in Dunhuang manuscripts of medical prescriptions P.2666,involving six lost medical books of Sui and Tang dynasties containing Bixiaofang,Cuishi Zuanyaofang,Jiuji Danyanfang,Zhangwenzhong Fang,Jiujifang and Kaiyuan Guangjifang.The lost prescription of Sui and Tang dynasties stored in the manuscripts spread in the medical books of the later dynasties,and its contents still possessed academic vitality and clinical application values so far.Dunhuang medical manuscripts as the unearthed documents,preserved the original appearance of some medical books in Sui and Tang dynasties,displayed the original context of medical development at the period and it owned significant academic value in the aspects of medical literature collation,theory and clinical study and others.
