湿敷和熏洗坐浴护理方法对混合痔术后切口愈合效果的影响

Effects of Wet Compressing, Fumigation and Hip Bath on Healing of Postoperative Wounds of Mixed Hemorrhoids

目的:比较湿敷和熏洗坐浴护理方法对混合痔术后切口愈合效果的影响。方法:将85例混合痔术后患者,根据术后护理方法的不同分为观察组(45例)与对照组(40例),对照组给予湿敷护理,观察组给予中药熏洗坐浴护理,两组术后护理观察时间为1个月,记录术后切口愈合情况。结果:观察组术后住院时间与切口愈合时间都短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组、对照组总有效率分别为97.8%(44/45)和85.0%(34/40),观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后1个月时肛管最大峰值流速与最小峰值流速值均低于术后1 d时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且术后1个月时观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。复发率观察组为2.2%(1/45),对照组为15.0%(6/40),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相对于湿敷,熏洗坐浴护理方法在混合痔术后的应用能加快切口愈合效果,提高预后疗效,改善肛管的血流动力学,降低复发率。

Objective: To compare the effects of wet compressing, fumigation & hip bath on healing of postoperative wounds of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods: All 85 patients after the surgery of mixed hemorrhoids were separated into the observation group(45 cases) and the control group(40 cases) according to postoperative nursing methods, the control group were given wet compressing, and the observation group fumigation & hip bath,both groups were nursed and observed for one month, to record the healing condition of postoperative wounds.Results: The observation group was shorter than the control group in postoperative hospitalization time and wound healing time, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Total effective rates of the observation groups and the control group were 97.8%(44/45) and 85.0%(34/40), the observation group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). PSV and EDV values of anal canal one month after the operation were lower than these one day after the surgery, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the observation group was lower than the control group one month after the surgery, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The relapse rate of the observation group was 2.2%(1/45),lower than 15.0%(6/40) of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05). Conclusion:Compared with wet compressing, fumigation & hip bath applied to the surgery of mixed hemorrhoids could speed up healing effects of the wound, raise prognostic effects, improve anal canal hemodynamics and lower the relapse rate.
