菏泽市医养结合养老模式实施状况研究

The Implementation of the Mode of Combining Medical Care with Nursing Care in Heze City

医养结合养老是我国实现健康老龄化的重要途径。菏泽市在养老资源和医疗资源都比较落后的情况下,医养结合养老服务模式推行得比较顺利,并取得了一定成效。当前菏泽市医养结合养老服务模式在实施过程中还存在政府多头分管、专业人才缺乏、政府支持力度有限等问题。今后需要建立行政协调机制、提升专业人才地位和待遇、落实资金支持、完善社会保障机制、加大宣传力度。

The combination of medical care and nursing is an important way to realize healthy aging in China.In the case of relatively backward pension and medical resources,medical pension service mode in Heze is relatively smooth,and has achieved certain results.At present,there are still many problems in the implementation process,such as the government’s multi responsibility,the lack of professional talents,and the limited government support.In the future,it is necessary to establish an administrative coordination mechanism,improve the status and treatment of professionals,implement financial support,improve the social security mechanism,and increase publicity.
