摘要
教师的发展离不开各种培训或各种名师课堂,但当前教师发展要么陷于“灌输”教育理论中,要么陷于“迎合”教师要求的教育技能中。校域内教师发展模式对以上两者进行“优化组合”,其模式以理论先行、专家引领、实践与反思及内化、集体磨课、建立评价体系和学校支持等为实施路径,以满足社会对教师质量不断提高的要求。
The development of teachers benefits from various kinds of training or famous teachers’classes,but at present,it is either trapped in the indoctrination of educational theories or in the catering of educational skills to some requirements.The school-based teacher development model optimizes the combination of the above two,the implementation path of this model includes theory first,expert guidance,practice and reflection,internalization,collective class grinding,establishment of evaluation system and school support,so as to meet the requirements of the society for the continuous improvement of teachers’quality.
