摘要
为保证义务教育均衡发展,教师流动作为一种手段,不仅有助于提高教师的工作激情与教育创造力、促进学校的开放性与经验共享,更为合理配置教育资源,保障教育公平做出了重要贡献。系统性文献综述揭示:十多年来我国教师流动政策研究领域科研成果主要分布在教师流动政策文本、变迁与影响的解读、教师流动政策的国外经验研究、教师流动政策执行的实证研究三个方面;当前研究中,厘清不同教师流动制度执行策略、拓宽研究对象范围、重视教师流动政策监督评估研究需要引起研究者关注。
In order to ensure the balanced development of compulsory education,as a means,teacher mobility not only helps to improve teachers’working passion and educational creativity,promote the openness and experience sharing of schools,but also makes an important contribution to the rational allocation of educational resources and the protection of educational equity.Systematic literature review reveals that,the research achievements in the field of teacher mobility policy in China in the past ten years,are mainly distributed in the text of mobility policy,the interpretation of change and influence,the relevant foreign experience research,and the empirical research on the implementation of mobility policy.Currently,researchers need to clarify the implementation strategies of different teacher mobility systems,broaden the scope of research objects,and attach importance to the supervision and evaluation of teacher mobility policy research.
