任务反馈式游戏活动联合心理行为干预在细菌性脑膜炎后癫痫患儿中的应用效果 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨任务反馈式游戏活动联合心理行为护理干预在细菌性脑膜炎后癫痫患儿中的应用效果。方法选择2017年5月至2019年4月新乡医学院第一附属医院门诊收治的细菌性脑膜炎后癫痫患儿94例,根据建档时间不同分为观察组和对照组,每组47例。2组患儿均规范口服丙戊酸钠缓释片或左乙拉西坦片抗癫痫治疗。对照组患儿给予常规护理干预,观察组患儿在常规护理基础上实施任务反馈式游戏活动联合心理行为护理干预。于护理前、护理干预3个月后,采用儿童自我概念量表(CSCS)评估2组患儿自我概念水平,儿童适应行为量表(SAB)评估2组患儿适应行为,儿童少年生活质量量表(QLSCA)评估2组患儿生活质量。结果护理干预前,2组患儿行为、学业成绩、受欢迎程度、智力、外表和品质、满足度和快乐感评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理干预3个月后,2组患儿行为、学业成绩、受欢迎程度高于护理干预前(P<0.05),智力、外表和品质、满足度和快乐感评分与护理前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患儿行为、学业成绩、受欢迎程度高于对照组(P<0.05),2组患儿智力、外表和品质、满足度和快乐感评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理干预前,2组患儿SAB、QLSCA评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理干预3个月后,2组患儿SAB、QLSCA评分高于护理前(P<0.05);观察组患儿SAB、QLSCA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿SAB评分>115分及85~114分人数较护理前明显增加,增加比例高于对照组(P<0.05);70~84分及<70分人数较护理前下降,下降比例明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论任务反馈式游戏活动联合心理行为护理干预应用于细菌性脑膜炎后癫痫患儿,可提高自我概念水平,增强适应能力,提高生活质量。 Objective To explore the application effect of task-feedback game activities combined with psychological behavior nursing intervention in children with epilepsy after bacterial meningitis.Methods Ninety-four children with epilepsy after bacterial meningitis admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from May 2017 to April 2019 were selected as study subjects,and they were divided into the observation group and control group according to the inputting time,with 47 cases in each group.The children in the two groups were treated with antiepileptic therapy by oral administration of sodium valproate sustained release tablets or leveethracetam tablets.The children in the control group received routine nursing intervention,the children in the observation group received task-feedback game activities combined with psychological behavior nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention.Before nursing interrention and after 3 months of nursing intervention,children's self-concept scale(CSCS)and children's adaptive behavior scale(SAB)were used to evaluate the self-concept level and adaptive behavior of children in the two groups;quality of life scale for children and adolescents(QLSCA)was used to assess the quality of life of children in the two groups.Results Before nursing intervention,there was no statistical difference in the scores of behavior,academic performance,popularity,intelligence,appearance and quality,satisfaction and happiness between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of nursing intervention,the scores of behavior,academic performance,popularity of children in the two groups were significantly higher than those before nursing intervention(P<0.05);the scores of intelligence,appearance and quality,satisfaction and happiness in the two groups had no statistical difference compared with those before nursing intervention(P>0.05);the scores of behavior,academic performance,popularity of children in the observation group were significantly higher than those those in the control group(P<0.05);there was no statistical difference in the scores of intelligence,appearance and quality,satisfaction and happiness between the two groups(P>0.05).Before nursing intervention,there was no statistical difference in SAB and QLSCA scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of nursing intervention,the SAB and QLSCA scores in the two groups were significantly higher than those before nursing intervention(P<0.05),the SAB and QLSCA scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The number of children with SAB score>115 points and 85-114 points in the observation group increased significantly compared with that before nursing inter vention,and the increasing proportion was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the number of children with SAB score of 70-84 points and<70 points in the observation group decreased compared with that before nursing intervention,and the decreasing proportion was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of task-feedback game activities combined with psychological behavior nursing intervention in children with epilepsy after bacterial meningitis can improve the level of self-concept,enhance the adaptability,improve the quality of life.
