6S精细化管理在医院人事档案管理中的应用初探 被引量:17

摘要 目的探究在医院人事档案管理中,6S精细化管理的应用效果。方法选取我院人事档案管理处2017年1月—2018年3月采用常规管理方法管理的600份档案作为对照组,2018年4月—2019年4月采用6S精细化管理方法管理的600份档案作为研究组,比较两组档案缺失率、破损率、正常利用率及管理质量评分。结果研究组档案缺失率、破损率均低于对照组,正常利用率高干对照组,有统计学差异性(P<0.05);研究组档案标识规范程度、档案室清洁程度以及档案管理安全方面性评分均高于对照组,有统计学差异性(P<0.05)。结论在医院人事档案管理中应用6S精细化管理,可以减少档案破损及缺失情况,对提高人事档案管理质量及正常利用率具有重要的价值。 Objective To explore the application effect of 6 S fine management in hospital personnel file management.Methods From January 2017 to March 2018,600 files managed by the Personnel Archives Management Office of our hospital were selected as the control group.From April 2018 to April 2019,600 files managed by 6 S refined management method were chosen as the research group.The missing rate,damage rate,normal utilization rate and management quality score of the two groups were compared.Results The rate of missing and damaged files in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the normal utilization rate was higher in the control group(P<0.05).The standard degree of archives identification,the cleanliness degree of archives and the safety score of archives management in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 6 S fine management in hospital personnel archives management can reduce the damage and loss of archives,which is of great value to improve the quality and normal utilization rate of personnel archives management.
