紧密型医联体下全科医生在新型冠状病毒疫情防控中的实践

目的探讨紧密型医联体下的全科医生在社区联防联控新型冠状病毒感染疫情的实践经验。方法某紧密型医联体是由1家三级综合医院和24家社区健康服务中心(简称"社康中心")组成。全科医生除了与社区网格员及民警组成"三位一体"小组防控疫情外,还承担着疫情筛查,预检分诊,分级诊疗,隔离管理,健康宣教及心理咨询等工作。结果在2020年01月24日—2020年02月18日期间,社康中心上转发热患者共765人次,医院下转隔离观察患者共226人,其中上转发热患者电话随访共803次,下转隔离观察随访共3261次。2020年02月01日—2020年02月29日期间,入户排查人数总计15247人,居家隔离人数共计36446人,电话随访总人次133347次。结论在这场疫情防控战中,全科医生在落实社区联防联控,群防群控,为居民提供科普及专业防疫指导等工作中发挥着积极作用。

Objective To explore the practice of jointly preventing and controlling COVID-19 by general practitioners in the compact medical system.Methods The compact medical system is composed of a tertiary general hospital and 24 community health service centers.In addition to the joint prevention team composed of general practitioners,community workers and police,general practitioners are also responsible for epidemic screening,preview triage,hierarchical medical system,isolation management,health education,and psychological consultation.Results From January 24 to February 18,765 fever patients were transferred to the tertiary general hospital,and 226 isolated patients were transferred back to community health service center.There were 803 telephone follow-ups and 3261 isolation follow-ups.From February 1 to February 29,15247 persons had been followed-up;36446 people had been isolated at home;133347 persons had been followed up by telephone.Conclusion In the fight against the epidemic,general practitioners have made positive contributions in the joint prevention team to mass prevention and control,providing professional and science guidance for the residents.
