摘要
在计算机系统中,CPU是运算和控制核心。在《计算机组成原理》实验课程中,CPU的设计是重点也是难点,教学模型机能够帮助学生了解CPU的工作过程。基于RISC-V指令集架构设计并实现一个教学模型机,使用Verilog HDL在VivadoIDE上设计单周期的模型机,并通过测试程序对模型机进行功能仿真,最后在Nexys4 DDR开发板上也验证模型机的正确性。最终结果表明,设计达到预期结果。
In a computer system,the CPU is the core of operation and control.In the experimental course of computer composition principles,the de⁃sign of the CPU is the key and difficult point.The teaching model machine can help students understand the working process of the CPU.A teaching model machine was designed and implemented based on the RISC-V instruction set architecture.A single-cycle model machine was designed on VivadoIDE using Verilog HDL,and the model machine was functionally simulated through the test program.Finally,it was also verified on the Nexys4 DDR development board.The correctness of the model machine.The final result showed that the design achieved the expected result.
