高校智慧档案馆建设的理论研究与实践探索

Theoretical Study and Practice Exploration of the Construction of the Smart Archives in Universities

建设智慧档案馆是认真落实国家网络强国战略,大数据战略以及加快建设"数字中国"的最好行动,对破除信息孤岛,实现档案资源的互联互通、共建共享,对服务社会,服务民生、传播文化产品与核心价值观具有重要意义。尤其高校承担着培养人才、科学研究、服务社会、传承文化的历史使命,因此应明确自身使命,加快智慧档案馆的建设步伐,需要进行理性分析,顶层设计,统筹建设。而针对我校档案馆现状提出的"一个中心,两个转变,三个构建,四个核心系统"方案可以实现档案收、管、存、用的智慧化。

It is critical to build smart archives as China is strengthening its national power through network building strategies,and the big data strategy is being adopted and "Digital China" program is speeding up.Such construction is also significant in serving the society and the masses and disseminating cultural products and core values since it helps eliminate information islands and interconnect archive resources,thus enjoying the privilege of constructing archives together and sharing information.Universities shoulder the responsibility of cultivating talents,doing scientific research,serving the society,and inheriting traditional Chinese culture,so it is essential for universities to be clear about their mission and to quicken the construction of smart archives,hence entailing rational analysis,top design and holistic construction.For the construction of The Archive of Dalian University,the concept of "one center,two transformations,three constructions and four core systems" is proposed so that the collection,management,storage and use of archives can be smartly integrated.
