杏林湾水库上游水域水华期和非水华期水质变化 被引量:1

The Water Quality Changes during Algae Bloom and Non-algae Bloom of the Upstream of Xinglinwan Reservoir

摘要 为了查明厦门市杏林湾水库上游水域水华期和非水华期水质变化情况,对17个水体主要指标(温度、pH、氧化还原电位、溶解氧、盐度、电导率、浊度、透明度、叶绿素a浓度、总碳、总有机碳、总氮、铵态氮、硝态氮、亚硝态氮、总磷和正磷酸盐的浓度)进行了测定。结果显示:水华期和非水华期叶绿素a浓度(μg/L)分别为121.31±18.89(μg/L)和28.53±2.82(μg/L),两者差异极显著(P<0.01),并且两个时期的理化因子与叶绿素a间无显著的相关性(P>0.05),两个时期的理化因子除水温、氧化还原电位、铵态氮、总磷以及正磷酸盐外,其余因子均存在显著(P<0.05)或极显著差异(P<0.01)。此外,水华期和非水华期的综合营养指数分别为78.32±2.63和72.24±2.57,可见,该水域在这两个时期均处于重度富营养状态。 In order to find out the water quality changes during algae bloom and non-algae bloom in the upstream of Xinglinwan Reservoir in Xiamen,17 factors(temperature,pH,Redox potential,dissolved oxygen and salinity,conductivity,turbidity and transparency,the concentration of chlorophyll a and total carbon,total organic carbon,total nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen,nitrite nitrogen,total phosphorus and Orthophosphate)were determined.The results showed that the chlorophyll a concentration in the bloom period and non-bloom period were 121.31±18.89(μg/L)and 28.53±2.82(μg/L)respectively,and the difference between the two was very significant(P<0.01),and there was no significant correlation between the physiochemical factors and chlorophyll a of the two periods(P>0.05).Except for the water temperature,Redox potential,ammonium nitrogen,total phosphorus and Orthophosphate,the differences of the physiochemical factors in the two periods were significant(P<0.05)or very significant difference(P<0.01).In addition,the comprehensive nutrition index of the bloom period and the non-bloom period were 78.32±2.63 and 72.24±2.57,respectively.It can be concluded that the water was in severe eutrophication during these two periods.
