含氰废渣高温焚烧处置技术研究

摘要 以农药行业的含氰废渣为原料,研究了氰化物分解与焚烧温度、时间的关系,含氰废渣在800℃下焚烧30min,氰化物分解完全,活性炭和碱石灰对尾气有良好的吸附效果。 The waste with cyanide from pesticide industry was treated by high temperature incineration.The relationship between the decomposition and the incineration temperature and time was studied.It was found that the cyanide was completely decomposed under the temperature of 800℃for 30 minutes.Activated carbon and soda lime had good adsorption effect on the exhaust gas.
