摘要
通过选择合理的方法,提纯4-氨基安替比林解决测定挥发酚实验空白值高和提纯剂的使用量问题,并对此方法的准确度和精密度是否符合国标方法要求做了验证。用活性炭+硅酸镁吸附剂提纯4-氨基安替比林溶液,有显著降低实验空白、提高灵敏度、操作简便等优点,是理想的提纯方法。
In this paper,a reasonable method was selected to purify 4-aminoantipyrine to solve the problem of high blank value and the amount of the purifying agent in the determination of volatile phenol.The accuracy and precision of the method were verified to meet the requirements of the national standard method.4-aminoantipyrine was purified by active carbon and magnesium silicate adsorbent.This purifying method obviously decreased the blank value,increase the accuracy with simpler steps,which is one ideal method.
