摘要
为了解不同尺寸、特点的抽气通道的抽气性能,首先假设抽气通道内气体为黏性流,采用ANSYS FLUENT给定出口压力和气流运动速度,计算了入口压力和出口压力系数,发现在所给定条件范围内,抽气通道抽气能力很小,当动壁面运动速度较高(设置超过100 m/s)时,入口压力计算值出现负值,不符合实际情况。由于实际抽气通道附近气流接近过渡区,采用黏性流假设进行计算不符合实际。因此,同时采用直接蒙特卡洛进行计算,找到了入口压力和抽气通道出入口压力比变化规律,在动壁面运动速度较高时仍然能够得到比较符合实际的结果。
To understand the performance of the different size and different character extraction channel,assuming that the gas in the channel is viscous flow,the ANSYS FLUENT is used to calculate the inlet and outlet pressure coefficient.It is concluded that the performance of the channel is small,when the given move wall velocity is more than 100m/s,the pressure calculation value is less than 0,it is not close to the reality.Because of the flow state is close to transition zone,it is not pratical to use the viscous flow assumption.Therefore,the change of the pressure is obtained,the result is usable when the velocity of the moving wall is high.
