核电厂低级别事件趋势分析软件的研制与应用 被引量:1

摘要 核电厂发生的高级别事件背后均潜藏着大量的低级别事件和未遂事件,且高级别事件和低级别事件及未遂事件很可能有着相同的根本原因或不完整的屏障。低级别事件及未遂事件趋势分析有助于及早发现核电厂中存在的不利的趋势。通过识别不完整的屏障,在发生更严重事件之前采取纠正行动来消除异常趋势,达到优化管理、预防为主的目的。同时,也为管理人员提供一个新的管理工具。常规的异常趋势的识别与跟踪管理是一项需要投入大量时间的工作,而通过研制与应用低级别事件趋势分析软件,将大幅度提高异常趋势的识别效率,并可对异常趋势进行跟踪管理。 Behind the high-level events in nuclear power plants,there are a large number of low-level events and near miss events,and high-level events and low-level events and near miss events are likely to have the same root cause or incomplete barriers.The trend analysis of low level events and near miss events is helpful to detect the adverse trends in nuclear power plants.By identifying incomplete barriers and taking corrective actions before the occurrence of more serious events,abnormal trends can be eliminated to achieve the purpose of optimizing management and prevention first.At the same time,it also provides a new management tool for managers.The conventional identification and tracking management of abnormal trend is a work that needs a lot of time.However,through the development and application of low-level event trend analysis software,the identification efficiency of abnormal trend will be greatly improved,and the abnormal trend can be tracked and managed.
