民航飞行学员自我认知量表的编制

摘要 目的:编制适合我国民航飞行学员的自我认知量表。方法:采用文献资料法和德尔菲法确定初步维度,根据各维度的操作性定义和核心要素,参考专家意见编制初测量表,随机抽取1166名低年级飞行学员、907名高年级飞行学员进行测试,分析数据得到正式量表,并对量表的信、效度进行检验。结果:(1)民航飞行学员的自我认知由学业自我认知、身体自我认知、心理自我认知、社会自我认知和情绪自我认知5个维度构成,高、低年级自我认知量表5个维度的总解释方差变异量分别为54.166%和58.467%。(2)高、低年级量表总分的Cronbach’sα系数分别为0.887、0.947,高、低年级量表各维度与总分的相关分别为0.855~0.910、0.824~0.919,高、低年级量表总分及各维度的重测信度分别在0.836和0.853以上(P<0.01);高年级量表各维度间的相关系数在0.025~0.417,维度与总分的相关系数在0.612~0.760;低年级量表各维度间的相关系数在0.020~0.587,维度与总分的相关系数在0.612~0.792。(3)高、低年级量表5因子模型的χ^(2)/df都小于2,GFI、IFI、CFI的值皆大于0.90,TLI的值都非常接近于1,RMR均小于0.05,RMSEA也都小于0.1,两个量表的5因素模型拟合较好。结论:高、低年级量表各项指标均达到心理测量学要求,具有良好的信度、效度和理论结构。 Objective:To develop a self-recognition scale suitable for civil aviation cadets in China.Methods:using literature method and Delphi method to determine the initial dimension,according to the operational definition and core elements of each dimension reference experts to prepare the inventory at the beginning of a random sample of 1166 junior students,907 senior students test,analysis of data to get the formal scale,and the scale of the letter,test validity.Results:(1)The self-cognition of civil aviation pilot cadets consists of five dimensions:academic self-cognition,physical self-cognition,psychological self-cognition,social self-cognition and emotional self-cognition.The total variance of the five dimensions of high and low grade self-cognition scales is 54.166%and 58.467%respectively.(2)Cronbach's coefficient of the total score of high grade and low grade scale was 0.8870 and 0.947,respectively;the correlation between the total score of high grade and low grade scale and the total score of high grade and low grade were 0.855~0.910 and 0.824~0.919,respectively;the retelling reliability of the total score of high grade and low grade scale and each dimension was above 0.836 and 0.853,respectively(P<0.01).The correlation coefficient between the dimensions of the scale of higher grades was between 0.025 and 0.417,and the correlation coefficient between the dimensions and the total score was between 0.612 and 0.760.The correlation coefficient between the dimensions of the scale in the lower grades was between 0.020 and 0.587,and the correlation coefficient between the dimensions and the total score was between 0.612 and 0.792.(3)χ^(2)/df in the 5-factor model of high and low grade scale were all less than 2,GFI,IFI and CFI were all greater than 0.90,TLI was very close to 1,RMR was less than 0.05,and RMSEA was less than 0.1,the 5-factor model of the two scales fitted well.Conclusion:All the indexes of high grade and low grade scales meet the requirements of psychometrics,and have good reliability,validity and theoretical structure.
