摘要 关于设计并实现了用于小型化高精度电阻应变式纱线张力仪的后端电路,文章详细描述了电路硬件设计、PCB设计及加工、软件设计及仿真实验四个阶段。借助Altium Designer软件,设计了单片机、电源供电、小信号放大及AD/DA转换四个模块。通过三块双面板、印制电路板及贴片式元器件,实现了所有元器件的准确有效排布,每块PCB的尺寸仅为25.5 mm×8.5 mm。最后,仿真及实验结果证明设计并加工的电路误差极小。 This paper designs and implements the back-end circuit for miniaturization and high precision resistance strain yarn tensiometer,and describes in detail the four stages:circuit hardware design,PCB design and processing,software design,and simulation and experiment.With the help of Altium designer software,four modules including MCU,power supply,small signal amplification and AD/DA conversion are designed.Through three double-sided PCB boards and chip components,the accurate and effective layout of all components is realized,and the size of each PCB board is only 25.5 mm×8.5 mm.Finally,the simulation and experimental results show that the error of the circuit designed and processed in this paper is very small.
