摘要 随着科技的发展和政策的支持,国产化仪表研发水平不断提升,性能越来越强,功能也越来越复杂。不管是仪表自身功能的体现还是质量检验的需要,测试都是不可或缺的环节。本文提出一种基于Python语言的自动化测试系统,利用其面向对象、简洁高效的特点,结合PyVisa、logging、pandas、matplotlib等强大的功能模块,实时控制、实时测量、实时处理,使测试、分析和测试结果的应用融为一体,满足现代化国产仪表的自动化测试要求。 With the development of science and technology and policy support,the research capability of domestic instrument is continuously improved,performance is increasing and functions are becoming more and more complex as well.Whether it is the embodiment of instrument’s own function or the need for quality inspection,testing is always essential.An automated test system based on python language is presented in this pager.Using its object-oriented,simplicity and efficiency,and powerful functional modules such as PyVisa,logging,pandas,matplotlib,the real-time control,real-time measurement and real-time processing are achieved.The test,analysis and application of test results can fully meet the requirements of automatic testing of modern domestic instruments.
