产教融合视角下高校科技成果转化现状、问题及对策

The Present Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Integration of Industry and Education

高校科技成果转化愈来愈受到国家及地方政府的重视,但从转化现状看,效果并不理想,还存在着专业人才缺乏、资金不足、转化率不高等问题。党的十九大报告中提出的“深化产教融合”为科技成果转化提供了新的思路,即从学校和企业自身发展的需求出发,利用产教融合培养专业人才的契机,构建校企合作推动科技成果转化的创新机制,促进科技与经济的新融合。

More and more attention has been paid to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities by the national and local governments.However,from the current situation of transformation,the effect is not ideal,and there are still some problems,such as lack of professionals,lack of funds,and low transformation rate.“Deepening the integration of industry and education”proposed in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China provides a new idea for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,that is,starting from the needs of the development of schools and enterprises themselves,taking advantage of the opportunity of the integration of industry and education to cultivate professional talents,to build an innovative mechanism for school enterprise cooperation to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and to promote the new integration of science and technology and economy.
