长三角一体化区域创新生态系统动态演化研究——基于创新种群异质性与共生性视角 被引量:27

Research on the Dynamic Evolution of Regional Innovation Ecosystem in the Yangtze River Delta:based on the Perspective of Heterogeneity and Symbiosis of Innovation Species

摘要 多样化和异质性的创新种群及其高度共生性是推动长三角一体化区域创新生态系统动态演化的重要力量。在厘清创新生态系统异质性种群结构及其功能的基础上,构建长三角一体化区域创新生态系统共生理论和博弈模型,推演表明,为达成多方长久协作目的,需确保合作收益高于协作成本,而满足该条件的重要前提是创新种群的高度共生。运用长三角“三省一市”2011—2018年相关数据,分别采用Lotka-Volterra模型和复合系统协同度模型,对长三角一体化区域创新生态系统中创新种群的共生性水平进行纵向和横向测算。研究表明,上海、江苏、浙江和安徽的共生度逐年增长,保持良好演化态势,且空间差异逐步缩小;长三角一体化区域创新生态系统中异质性创新种群互惠共生状态尚未完全形成,科技中介服务能力有待加强;“三省一市”共生度发展存在不平衡现象,上海创新引领作用不够突出,安徽则低于平均水平。 Diverse and heterogeneous innovation species and their high degree of symbiosis are important forces to promote the dynamic evolution of regional innovation ecosystem in the Yangtze River Delta.On the basis of clarifying the heterogeneous species'structure and function of innovation ecosystem,a theoretical model and dynamic evolutionary game model of symbiotic relationship between the regional innovation ecosystems in the Yangtze River Delta is constructed.The deduction shows that in order to achieve the goal of multilateral and long-term cooperation,it is necessary to ensure that the cooperation benefit is higher than the cooperation cost,and the premise to meet this condition are the high symbiosis of innovation species.The Lotka-Volterra model and the composite system collaborative model are respectively adopted to calculate the symbiosis degree of the innovation ecosystem vertically and horizontally with the relevant data of Shanghai,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Anhui in the period of 2011-2018.The result shows that,the symbiosis of Shanghai,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Anhui is increasing year by year,maintaining a good evolution trend,and the spatial differences are gradually narrowing.The mutualistic symbiosis of heterogeneous innovation species in the integrated regional innovation ecosystem of Yangtze River Delta has not been fully formed,and the capability of science and technology service agents needs to be strengthened.The development of symbiosis degree is unbalanced,and the leading role of innovation in Shanghai is not prominent enough,while that in Anhui is lower than the average.
