科技型中小企业金融接力支持创新研究——基于扎根理论的多案例探索

An Innovation Research on the Financial Relay Support for Small and Medium-sized Sci-tech Enterprises——A Multiple Cases Study based on Grounded Theory Approach

科技型中小企业已成为我国自主创新体系的重要组成部分,然而金融支持不足是制约其发展的重要因素。借鉴接力创新理论,首先提出金融接力支持概念,然后运用扎根理论方法对典型案例进行研究,提炼出5个主范畴:融资需求、政策性金融、商业性金融、科技金融环境与科技金融服务,并确定金融接力支持为核心范畴,构建基于政府与市场两大主体的金融接力支持理论模型,提出金融接力支持促进机制,包括环境优化机制、信息交互机制、风险分担机制、对接辅助机制与价值实现机制,并就提升政府与市场两大主体金融接力效率给出相应对策建议。

Small and medium-sized sci-tech enterprises have become an important part of China's independent innovation system,but insufficient financial support is an important factor restricting its development.This paper using the theory of relay innovation proposes the concept of financial relay support,and then studies the typical cases based on grounded theory.On this basis,this paper refines five main categories:financing demand,policy finance,Commercial finance,sci-tech financial environment and sci-tech financial services,and determines the financial relay support as the core category,constructs a theoretical model of financial relay support based on government and market,proposes promotion mechanism of financial relay support,including environmental optimization mechanism,information interaction mechanism,risk sharing mechanism,relay supporting mechanism and value creating mechanism.Finally,this paper gives some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the efficiency of financial relay based on government and market.
