中药有效成分多靶点治疗癫痫的研究进展

Research Progress in Active Ingredient of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Multi-target Treatment of Epilepsy

癫痫是由多种原因引起大脑神经元突发性异常放电,导致短暂性大脑功能障碍的一种慢性疾病,中药及有效成分治疗癫痫疗效确切,具有多靶点、多途径的优势,发挥保护神经元的作用,有效减少癫痫发作复发率。现综述中药有效成分在调控海马区域相关蛋白及因子、清除氧自由基、调节氨基酸及炎性因子等多靶点及机制治疗癫痫的研究进展,为癫痫的治疗及中医药的临床应用提供依据。

Epilepsy was a kind of chronic disease that was caused by sudden abnormal discharge of brain neurons and caused temporary brain dysfunction.Active ingredient of traditional Chinese medicine had definite efficacy in the treatment of epilepsy,with the advantages of multiple targets and multiple pathways,played a role in protecting neurons,and effectively reduced the recurrence rate of seizures.This reviews suggests that active ingredient of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of epilepsy acts by regulating related proteins and factors in hippocampus region,scavenging oxygen free radicals,regulating amino acids and inflammatory factors and other multi-target and mechanism,so as to provide the reference for the treatment of epilepsy and the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine.
