地西泮联合苯巴比妥治疗小儿惊厥的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Diazepam Combined with Phenobarbital in the Treatment of Infantile Convulsion Patients

目的探究小儿惊厥患者采用地西泮联合苯巴比妥的治疗效果与安全性。方法选取2017年4月至2019年4月本院收治的86例小儿惊厥患者,采用双盲法分为2组,对比组采用苯巴比妥治疗,试验组实施地西泮与苯巴比妥联合治疗,并对两组患儿治疗后总有效率、免疫功能指标、并发症发生率以及复发率进行对比。结果对比组患儿治疗后总有效率79.07%,与试验组患儿的95.35%相比较低(P<0.05);试验组患儿治疗后IgG、IgM以及IgA水平均比对比组低(P<0.05);试验组患儿治疗后并发症2.33%,比对比组的18.60%低(P<0.05);试验组患儿治愈出院12个月后复发率2.33%,比对比组患儿的20.93%低(P<0.05)。结论小儿惊厥患者采用地西泮联合苯巴比妥治疗效果明显,可改善免疫功能指标,降低并发症发生率与复发率。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and safety of diazepam combined with phenobarbital in children with convulsion.Methods From April 2017 to April 2019,86 children with convulsion admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into two groups by double blind method.The control group was treated with phenobarbital,while the experimental group was treated with diazepam and phenobarbital.The total effective rate,immune function index,complication rate and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results the total effective rate of the control group was 79.07%after treatment,which was lower than 95.35%of the experimental group(P<0.05).The levels of IgG,IgM and IgA in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Complications after treatment in the experimental group were 2.33%,lower than 18.60%in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the experimental group was 2.33%after 12 months of cure and discharge,which was lower than that of the control group(20.93%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Diazepam combined with phenobarbital is effective in the treatment of infantile convulsion,which can improve immune function indexes and reduce the incidence of complications and recurrence rate.
