急性胃肠炎患者采用双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊联合蒙脱石散治疗的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Bifidobacterium Tri-viable Enteric-coated Capsule Combined with Montmorillonite Powder in Patients with Acute Gastroenteritis

目的分析急性胃肠炎患者采用双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊联合蒙脱石散治疗的临床效果。方法选择2018年1月至2019年12月在我院进行治疗的46例急性胃肠炎患者为此次研究对象,随机将患者分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者接受双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊治疗,观察组患者接受双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊联合蒙脱石散治疗,观察两组患者临床症状改善情况,分析临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者发热症状改善时间(12.50±4.84)h、呕吐症状改善时间(10.61±3.77)h、腹泻症状改善时间(18.26±5.60)h、腹痛症状改善时间(12.68±4.84)h均明显优于对照组(23.70±6.78)h、(21.40±5.86)h、(35.88±7.64)h、(25.30±6.25)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者临床有效率95.65%(22/23)明显较对照组69.57%(16/23)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床把双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊与蒙脱石散联合用在急性胃肠炎患者治疗过程中的效果是非常显著的,对改善患者临床症状具有明显作用,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of bifidobacterium tri-viable enteric-coated capsule combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019 were selected a total of 46 patients with acute gastroenteritis treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Patients in the control group were treated with bifidobacterium tri-viable enteric-coated capsules,while patients in the observation group were treated with bifidobacterium tri-viable enteric-coated capsules plus montmorillonite powder.The improvement of clinical symptoms of patients in the two groups was observed and the clinical therapeutic effect was analyzed.Results The fever symptom improvement time(12.50±4.84)h,vomiting symptom improvement time(10.61±3.77)h,diarrhea symptom improvement time(18.26±5.60)h and abdominal pain symptom improvement time(12.68±4.84)h in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(23.70±6.78)h,(21.40±5.86)h,(35.88±7.64)h and(25.30±6.25)h,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate in the observation group was 95.65%(22/23),which was significantly higher than that in the control group[69.57%(16/23)],with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of bifidobacterium tri-viable enteric-coated capsule and montmorillonite powder in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis is very significant,and has an obvious effect on improving the clinical symptoms of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
