急性阑尾炎患者应用小切口阑尾切除术的治疗效果

Treatment Effect of Acute Appendicitis with Small Incision Appendectomy

目的分析小切口阑尾切除术治疗急性阑尾炎患者的临床效果。方法选取我院于2017年9月至2018年9月接诊的94例急性阑尾炎患者。在研究活动开展期间依照双盲分组原理将患者分为对照组与观察组,每组47例。对照组患者采取常规手术治疗,观察组患者则实行小切口阑尾切除术。比较两组患者住院时间、初次下床活动时间、术中出血量、切口大小以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者住院时间、初次下床活动时间短于对照组,切口长度小于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论相较于传统手术操作,应用小切口阑尾切除术治疗急性阑尾炎患者可取得较好的效果,有效减少并发症的发生,提高患者预后效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of small incision appendectomy in the treatment of acute appendicitis.Methods A total of 94 patients from September 2017 to September 2018 were divided into control group and observation group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional surgery,while the observation group was treated with small incision appendectomy.The hospitalization time,time of getting out of bed for the first time,intraoperative blood loss,incision size and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group’s hospitalization time and the time of getting out of bed for the first time were shorter than those of the control group,the incision length was shorter than that of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional operation,small incision appendectomy in the treatment of acute appendicitis can achieve better results,effectively reduce the occurrence of complications,improve the prognosis of patients.
