思密达+四联活菌用于小儿过敏性腹泻治疗的临床研究

摘要 目的试验将针对小儿过敏性腹泻患者实施思密达+四联活菌治疗,进一步分析临床病情的控制成效。方法试验选取了2019年1月至2019年7月收治的小儿过敏性腹泻患者作为研究对象。通过回顾式分析对82例患者采用数字随机分组法进行分组。对照组患者采用思密达单一治疗措施,观察组则为思密达+四联活菌联合治疗方案,进一步分析临床治疗疗效。结果观察患儿治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组患儿止泻时间、退热时间、住院时间均短于对照组,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组患儿CRP、5-HT、SP、IL-1β、IL-4β、IL-6β均优于对照组,数据差异均显著(P<0.05)。结论采用思密达+四联活菌联合治疗方案有助于小儿过敏性腹泻问题的改善,病情缓解用时短,在关键指标上改善结果好。 Objective The trial will implement smecta+tetrad live bacteria treatment for children with allergic diarrhea,and further analyze the effectiveness of clinical disease control.Methods The trial selected pediatric patients with allergic diarrhea admitted from January 2019 to July 2019 as the research object.Through retrospective analysis,82 patients were randomly grouped by numbers.The control group was treated with smecta single treatment,while the observation group was treated with smecta+tetrad live bacteria combined treatment,to further analyze the clinical therapeutic effect.Results The total effective rate of observing children's treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the data difference was significant(P<0.05).The children in the observation group had shorter antidiarrheal time,antipyretic time,and hospital stay than the control group,with significant differences in data(P<0.05).The CRP,5-HT,SP,IL-1β,IL-4β,and IL-6βof the observation group were better than those of the control group,with significant differences in data(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of smecta+tetrad live bacteria combined treatment plan helps to improve the problem of children's allergic diarrhea,the relief of the disease takes a short time,and the improvement of key indicators results in good results.
