厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年性高血压患者的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Irbesartan Combined with Amlodipine Besylate in the Treatment of Senile Hypertension

目的分析厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年性高血压患者的临床效果。方法将2018年1月至2019年6月我院收治的104例患者分为观察组和对照组,各52例,两组患者均选择采用苯磺酸氨氯地平进行治疗,观察组在此基础之上配合厄贝沙坦治疗,评价两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.15%(50/52),对照组为78.85%(41/52),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为9.62%(5/52),对照组为7.69%(4/52),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组患者血压水平比较无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组血压水平改善幅度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年性高血压患者可提高治疗总有效率,降低不良反应发生率,稳定患者的血压水平。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of irbesartan combined with amlodipine besylate in the treatment of senile hypertension.Methods A total of 104 patients from January 2018 to June 2019 were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 52 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with amlodipine besylate,and the observation group was treated with irbesartan on the basis of this treatment.The clinical effects of the two groups after different treatments were evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.15%(50/52),the control group was 78.85%(41/52),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 9.62%(5/52),the control group was 7.69%(4/52),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in blood pressure levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the blood pressure of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension,irbesartan combined with amlodipine besylate can effectively help patients improve the total effective rate of treatment,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and stabilize the blood pressure level of patients.
