老年心血管疾病患者实施综合护理的效果

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing for Senile Patients with Cardiovascular Diseases

目的研究对老年心血管疾病患者落实综合护理所取得的效果,以便为临床护理工作提供有价值的参考依据。方法选择我院在2017年1月至2018年10月收治的老年心血管疾病患者90例为研究对象,按照随机方法分为常规护理组和综合护理组,每组平均为45例,对两组患者分别配合相对应的护理,评价护理所取得的效果。结果常规护理组的健康知识知晓率、治疗依从性、护理满意度、都明显比综合护理组低,P<0.05;常规护理组的生活质量评分比综合护理组低,睡眠质量评分比综合护理组高,P<0.05。结论通过综合护理干预老年心血管疾病患者,可提高患者对健康知识的认识和治疗依从性,改善生活质量。

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing on elderly patients with cardiovascular disease,so as to provide valuable reference for clinical nursing work.Methods Ninety cases of elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were selected as research objects.According to the random method,they were divided into the routine nursing group and the comprehensive nursing group,with an average of 45 cases in each group.Evaluate the nursing effect of the two groups.Results The health knowledge awareness rate,treatment compliance,and nursing satisfaction of the routine nursing group were significantly lower than those of the comprehensive nursing group,P<0.05;the quality of life score of the routine nursing group was lower than that of the comprehensive nursing group,and the sleep quality score was higher than that of the comprehensive nursing group,P<0.05.Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention for elderly patients with cardiovascular disease can improve the patients'awareness of health knowledge and treatment compliance,and improve the quality of life.
