品管圈活动对抑郁症患者护理质量及抑郁情绪的影响

Effect of Quality Control Circle Activity on Nursing Quality and Depression in Depression Patients

目的研究品管圈活动对抑郁症患者护理质量及抑郁情绪的影响。方法累计在2017年6月至2019年6月抽取抑郁症患者80例,依据所选取患者入院的先后顺序进行编号1~80,随机数字法抽取40例为对照组,给予患者常规护理,余下40例患者则在常规护理的同时开展品管圈活动,将其划分为观察组,对比护理质量、患者的抑郁情绪等指标,评估品管圈活动的应用效果。结果①借助汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)于护理前后对选取两组患者的抑郁情绪进行测定,统计数据显示,护理前后患者的抑郁情绪均得到改善,其中护理后观察组内患者的HAMD评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。②由我院自制调查问卷并组织患者填写,根据问卷得分来评估护理质量,其中观察组内回收问卷的基础护理、饮食指导、体位护理、健康教育、安全护理、生活护理等多方面的护理质量得分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动在常规护理中的应用,可以帮助抑郁症患者有效缓解抑郁情绪,护理质量也得到全面提升,综合应用效果显著。

Objective To study the effect of quality control circle activity on nursing quality and depression in patients with depression.Methods Eighty patients with depression were selected from June 2017 to June 2019,numbered 1 to 80 according to the order of admission of the selected patients,40 patients were selected as control group by random number method,and given routine nursing.The remaining 40 patients carried out quality control circle activities while routine nursing,divided them into observation group,compared nursing quality,depression mood of patients and other indicators to evaluate the application effect of quality control circle activities.Results(1)Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)the depression mood of the selected two groups was measured before and after nursing,the statistical data showed that the depression mood of the patients before and after nursing was improved,and the HAMD score of the patients in the observation group after nursing was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).(2)The scores of basic nursing,dietary guidance,posture nursing,health education,safety nursing and life nursing in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quality control circle in routine nursing can be used to help patients with depression to effectively alleviate depression,nursing quality has also been comprehensively improved,comprehensive application effect is remarkable.
