围手术期护理在胆结石患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果

Effect of Perioperative Nursing in Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy for Gallstone Patients

目的探讨围手术期护理在胆结石患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年3月至2019年3月收治的需行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的108例胆结石患者作为研究对象,采取随机双盲法将患者分为对照组(n=54)与干预组(n=54),对照组患者接受常规护理,干预组患者在对照组基础上加入围手术期护理,比较两种护理方法的应用效果。结果干预组患者的肛门排气时间、卧床休息时间、胃肠功能恢复时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);干预组患者术后并发症发生率(3.70%)远低于对照组(20.37%)(P<0.05)。结论围手术期护理在胆结石患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果显著,能够有效缩短患者的恢复时间,加速患者的恢复速度,节约治疗费用,且术后并发症较少。

Objective To investigate the application effect of perioperative nursing in laparoscopic cholecystectomy for gallstone patients.Methods A total of 108 patients with gallstones requiring laparoscopic cholecystectomy admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected as research objects,and the patients were divided into reference group and intervention group by random double-blind method,with 54 cases in each group.The patients in the reference group received routine nursing while the patients in the intervention group received perioperative nursing based on reference group,and the application effects of the two nursing methods were compared.Results The anal exhaust time,bed rest time,gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospitalization time of the intervention group were shorter than those of the reference group(P<0.05);the postoperative complication rate(3.70%)of the intervention group was much lower than that of the reference group(20.37%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing in laparoscopic cholecystectomy for gallstone patients can effectively shorten the recovery time of patients,accelerate the recovery of patients,save treatment costs,and have fewer postoperative complications.
