优质护理对急性心肌梗死并发心律失常患者的护理体会

Nursing Experience of High-quality Nursing for Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction Complicated with Arrhythmia

目的观察急性心肌梗死(AMI)并发心律失常患者实施优质护理的临床效果。方法选取2017年3月至2019年2月于我院接受治疗的68例AMI并发心律失常患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将所有患者分成两组,每组34例。其中接受常规护理的患者为对照组,应用优质护理的患者为观察组,对比并评价两组的护理效果。结果观察组患者心排血量、左心室射血分数(LVEF)以及左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)的升高幅度均显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理后的身体活力、心理健康、幸福感及社会功能评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于AMI并发心律失常患者,通过采取优质护理措施进行干预,可有效改善其心功能,显著提高患者的护理满意度及预后效果。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of high-quality nursing for patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)complicated with arrhythmia.Methods A total of 68 patients with AMI and arrhythmia who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects.All patients were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the application of high-quality nursing for the observation group,the comparison and evaluation of the two groups of nursing effect.Results The increase in cardiac output,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)of the observation group were significantly greater than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The physical vitality,mental health,well-being and social function scores of the observation group after nursing were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with AMI complicated with arrhythmia,high-quality nursing measures can effectively improve the cardiac function and fully improve the nursing satisfaction and prognosis of patients.
