综合护理干预在颈部淋巴结核患者围手术期中的应用效果

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in the Perioperative Period of Patients with Cervical Lymphatic Tuberculosis

目的探讨综合护理干预在颈部淋巴结核患者围手术期中的应用效果。方法选取2017年5月至2019年9月于我院接受手术治疗的100例颈部淋巴结核患者,根据护理方法的不同将其分为常规组与试验组,每组50例。常规组患者采用一般护理干预,试验组患者采用围手术期综合护理干预,比较两组患者的护理满意度、不良情绪控制情况、相关医学知识了解情况(结核病知识掌握、按时换药、服药遵从)与住院情况。结果试验组患者的护理满意度明显高于常规组(P<0.05);试验组患者护理后的焦虑、抑郁、消极评分明显低于常规组(P<0.05);试验组患者的结核病知识掌握、按时换药、服药遵从评分高于常规组(P<0.05);试验组患者的住院时间、创口愈合时间短于常规组(P<0.05)。结论颈部淋巴结结核患者在接受手术治疗后,在围手术期实施综合护理干预可有效缓解患者的不良情绪,加强患者对相关医学知识的了解,积极改善患者的病情,促进患者快速康复。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the perioperative period of patients with cervical lymphatic tuberculosis.Methods We selected 100 patients with cervical lymphotic tuberculosis who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from May 2017 to September 2019,and divided them into routine group and experimental group according to different nursing methods,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the routine group were treated with general nursing intervention,and patients in the experimental group were treated with perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention.The two groups of patients were compared with their nursing satisfaction,control of bad emotions,and relevant medical knowledge(mastery of tuberculosis knowledge,timely dressing change,medication compliance)and hospitalization.Results The nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05);the anxiety,depression,and negative scores of the patients in the experimental group after nursing were significantly lower than those of the routine group(P<0.05);The scores of dressing change and medication compliance were higher than those of the routine group(P<0.05);the hospitalization time and wound healing time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion After patients with cervical lymphatic tuberculosis undergo surgical treatment,comprehensive nursing interventions during the perioperative period can effectively alleviate the patients'unhealthy mood,strengthen the patient's understanding of relevant medical knowledge,actively improve the patient's condition,and promote the patient's rapid recovery.
