腹腔镜下经胃置管引流术治疗胰腺假性囊肿患者的护理要点分析

Nursing Essentials of Patients with Pancreatic Pseudocyst Treated by Laparoscopic Transgastric Drainage

目的探讨腹腔镜下经胃置管引流术治疗胰腺假性囊肿患者的护理要点。方法随机选取2017年11月至2018年10月收入院的16例胰腺假性囊肿患者,均行腹腔镜下经胃置管引流术治疗,所有患者均给予围手术期护理。比较患者干预前后的术中出血量、平均手术时间和平均住院时间。结果所有患者均成功进行了腹腔镜下经胃置管引流术,分析患者干预前后的手术情况,差异明显(P<0.05),术后均无并发症。结论针对胰腺假性囊肿患者进行腹腔镜下经胃置管引流术治疗,对患者产生的疼痛很小,安全性高,可以作为微创手术用于临床治疗中,在围手术期增加优质护理措施,有助于提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the nursing points of laparoscopic transgastric drainage for the treatment of pancreatic pseudocyst.Methods A random selection of 16 patients with pancreatic pseudocysts admitted to the hospital from November 2017 to October 2018 were treated with laparoscopic transgastric drainage,and all patients were given perioperative care.The intraoperative blood loss,average operation time and average hospitalization time before and after intervention were compared.Results All the patients successfully underwent laparoscopic transgastric drainage.The operation conditions before and after the intervention were analyzed,the difference was significant(P<0.05),and there were no complications after the operation.Conclusion For patients with pancreatic pseudocysts,laparoscopic transgastric drainage can be used to treat patients.The pain is small and the safety is high.It can be used as a minimally invasive surgery in clinical treatment,and high-quality nursing measures should be added during the perioperative period.Help improve the quality of life of patients.
