优质护理在小儿肺炎护理中的应用价值

Application Value of High-quality Nursing in Nursing of Children's Pneumonia

目的探讨优质护理在小儿肺炎护理中的应用价值。方法选取2017年12月至2019年9月在我院儿科接受治疗的88例小儿肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按照入院顺序随机分为对照组和观察组,每组44例,其中对照组患儿采用传统护理,观察组患儿实施优质护理,比较两组的护理效果、临床症状改善情况。结果观察组护理满意度为95.45%(42/44),显著高于对照组的86.63%(38/44),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的症状消失时间、血常规恢复正常时间和影像学恢复正常时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于小儿肺炎患儿实施优质护理,能够加快患儿病症的改善,实现最佳的预后效果,家属满意度往往较高。

Objective To explore the application value of high-quality nursing in the nursing of children pneumonia.Methods From December 2017 to September 2019,88 children with pneumonia in children who were treated in our hospital's pediatric department as the research object,according to the patient's admission order were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,44 cases in each group respectively.The control group treated with traditional nursing,the observation group treated with high-quality nursing,the effect of two groups of care and the clinical symptoms were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 95.45%(42/44),which was significantly higher than 86.63%(38/44)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom disappearance time,blood routine recovery time and imaging recovery time of children in the observation group were significantly faster than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out high-quality nursing for children with pneumonia,can speed up the improvement of children symptoms,and achieve the best effect of nursing prognosis,and family satisfaction tends to be higher.
