全程康复护理对精神分裂症恢复期患者病耻感及心理状况的影响

Effect of Whole-process Rehabilitation Nursing on Stigma and Psychological Status during Recovery of Schizophrenia

目的探讨全程康复护理对精神分裂症恢复期患者病耻感和心理状况方面的影响。方法调查时间为2018年1月至2019年8月,选取在此期间来我院进行治疗的44例精神分裂症恢复期患者作为观察组,选取同期到我院进行治疗的另外44例精神分裂症恢复期患者作为对照组。观察组应用全程康复护理,对照组应用常规护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组意外事件发生率为4.55%(2/44),对照组为25.00%(11/44),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的病耻感评分、密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对精神分裂症恢复期患者,采用全程康复护理进行干预可有效降低意外事件的发生率,减少患者的病耻感,并改善患者的焦虑和抑郁不良情绪。

Objective To study the effect of whole-process rehabilitation nursing on stigma and psychological status of patients with schizophrenia during convalescence.Methods The investigation time was from January 2018 to August 2019,44 patients with schizophrenia who came to our hospital for treatment during this period were selected as the observation group,and another 44 patients with schizophrenia who came to our hospital for treatment during the same period were selected for recovery,the patients at stage as the control group.The observation group was treated with whole-process rehabilitation nursing,and the control group was treated with routine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The accident rate was 4.55%(2/44)in the observation group and was 25.00%(11/44)in the control group,showing statistical significance(P<0.05).The stigma score,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)of the observation group were significantly better performance than the control group,with statistical differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In the convalescence period of schizophrenia patients through the whole-process rehabilitation nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of accidents,reduce the stigma of patients,and improve the anxiety and depression and other negative emotions.
