暗示性心理护理干预在自身免疫学肝病患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Suggestive Psychological Nursing Intervention in Patients with Autoimmune Liver Disease

目的探讨暗示性心理护理干预在自身免疫学肝病患者中的应用效果。方法本次研究对在我院接受治疗的自身免疫学肝病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,于2017年2月至2018年2月选取98例作为研究对象,所有患者信息均输入Excel表格进行编号,按照编号的单双数分为两组(各49例),其中49例单数者实施常规护理,作为对照组,49例双数者实施暗示性心理护理,作为观察组。比较两组患者护理效果。结果干预后,观察组不良情绪改善情况、依从性、护理满意度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在自身免疫学肝病患者中实施暗示性心理护理干预,可明显缓解患者不良情绪,提高患者依从性与护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of suggestive psychological nursing intervention in patients with autoimmune liver disease.Methods This study conducted a retrospective analysis of the clinical data of patients with autoimmune liver disease who were treated in our hospital.From February 2017 to February 2018,98 cases were selected as the research objects,and all patient information was entered into the Excel table for numbering.According to the numbered odd and even numbers,they were divided into two groups(49 cases in each),of which 49 cases in odd numbers were given routine nursing as a control group,and 49 cases in even numbers were given suggestive psychological nursing as an observation group.Compare the nursing effect of the two groups of patients.Results After the intervention,the improvement of bad mood,compliance and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of suggestive psychological nursing intervention in patients with autoimmune liver disease can significantly alleviate the adverse emotions of patients,improve patient compliance and nursing satisfaction.
