早期康复护理干预应用于急性脑血栓患者中的价值

Application of Early Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention in Patients with Acute Cerebral Thrombosis

目的探究早期康复护理干预应用在急性脑血栓患者中的价值。方法研究对象为我院收治的80例急性脑血栓患者,入院时间为2018年2月至2019年2月,分为两组,各40例。对照组患者给予常规护理,试验组患者给予早期康复护理干预,对比两组的护理效果。结果护理前,两组Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表(FMA)评分与Barthel指数量表(BI)评分对比无差异(P>0.05);护理后,试验组FMA与BI评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,试验组美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在急性脑血栓患者护理工作中开展早期康复护理干预,能够显著提高患者的生活质量,缩短康复时间与住院时间,提高患者的护理满意度,显著改善患者的生活自理能力与运动功能。

Objective To explore the application of early rehabilitation nursing intervention in the nursing work of patients with acute cerebral thrombosis.Methods The subjects of the study were 80 patients with acute cerebral thrombosis admitted to our hospital.The admission time was from February 2018 to February 2019.They were divided into two groups,each with 40 cases.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and patients in the experimental group were given early rehabilitation nursing intervention,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there was no difference between the Fugl-Meyer Assessment motor function score scale(FMA)score and the Barthel Index scale(BI)score between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the FMA and BI scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing care in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the score of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In nursing patients with acute cerebral thrombosis early rehabilitation nursing intervention can significantly improve the patients quality of life,shorten the recovery time and hospitalization time,improve the patient's nursing satisfaction,and significantly improve the patients'self-care ability and motor function.
